The serene lakes and the breathtaking glaciers will transfer you to a heavenly world. It is a base camp for many trekking expeditions.

Gulmarg:  going back to history, this was Emperor Jahangir’s favourite place and is a place of eternal beauty. The ski resort here attracts a lot of foreigners in the winter when the snow covering gives this place a picture post card look. It truly is a mountain resort of excellent beauty.

Pahalgam: the valley of shepherds is located on a very high altitude and is famous for incessant snowfall. The Betaab valley is famous for idyllic picnics and walking trails. Aro is a picturesque meadow here and is the base point from where many treks begin.
Amaranth: takes a lot of hard work to reach here, he journey being tedious. But the place is a cave with a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Dachigam National Park: the famous national park in the Himalayas which houses jackals, otters, weasels and many other unusual species.
